DOC ELMO'S GASTRO DELIGHTS! For the past several years I have been buying up products on my travels to the Southwest and testing them to see if they are any good. It is disappointing that most of the products I have tested are mediocre at best, and some have been down right disgusting!!! What you have here are what I have determined to be the "best of the best." I have already tested them on family and friends who have eaten the Southwestern foods that I like to prepare. These products have been rated by these individuals as worthy of being in the "Wow!" category.
