Besito Caliente
Gourmet Sauce |
 |
If you like sweet and hot, this sauce is to die for! It is simply the best I have ever tasted. I have used it with Ranch or Caesar dressing to spice up salads. Try sautéing some sliced onions and garlic, then add cooked shredded beef, salt to taste and then add this sauce to taste. Put the beef mixture on quesidillas with cheese and top with a dollop of sour cream. If your family and friends are like mine, they will rave about these quesadillas. |

| Desert Farms Gourmet Red Chile Marmalade |
 |
I have used this marmalade as a glaze on chicken and steak. Broil or grill the meat using some garlic salt on each side. Heat the glaze in a small saucepan and them paint the meat liberally when ready to serve (the glaze should be thick not watery). This is also good on toasted bagels with butter. |

| Double QQ Barbeque Dry Rub |
 |
This rub and BBQ sauce placed 2nd in the Kansas City BBQ Competition out of 4000 entries a few years ago! Apply the rub to pork ribs (the ones that are boneless or at least with a lot of meat on them like back ribs). Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least several hours. One bottle of this rub goes a long way. |

Min's Glorieta
Salsa Mix |
 |
Prepare the salsa according to the directions. Pour some in a frying pan (nonstick works best) and add a white fish like Telapia. Cook on medium heat turning once. Spoon the salsa repeatedly over the fish. The salsa should cook down and become thick. When the fish is done and the salsa has thickened, sprinkle with your favorite Mexican cheese and serve when melted. This is an awesome appetizer because it is so unique and different! |

Calling a habanero salsa "mild" is a bit of an oxymoron! This stuff is just plain good with chips or as a condiment with your foods. |

Everglades Seasoning
8oz |
 |
I was given a sample of this by a nurse I work with and used it on some chicken. I was hooked! I called the company and started selling it to my family and friends. The next thing I knew, the company called me asking if I wanted to be the distributor of Indiana. How could I say no? Use this to enhance the flavor of grilled beef, pork, poultry and fish. |

| Montezuma Chipotle Seasoning |

If you like chipotle, which is a jalapeno chile allowed to ripen red then dried and smoked, you will love this. It is a mind-blowing dip. You can make it as mild or hot as you desire. Mix 2 tsp of this seasoning (more if desired) with ¼ cup of Mayonnaise and ¼ cup of sour cream. Use as a spread on hamburgers, fish sandwiches or just alone as a dip. |

| Bronco Bob's Smoked Bacon Chipotle Grillin & Dippin Sauce |
 |
The chipotle chile gives this BBQ sauce a unique flavor. It is great for meat and chicken. The bottle has a great baked bean recipe on it. Slice some cooked chicken into strips. Pour some of the sauce in a nonstick frying pan and place the chicken strips in the pan. Heat until the chicken strips are warm and well coated with the sauce. Serve over a salad or as an appetizer. People will think you are a gourmet chef! |
