Misson Trip Opportunities

The most common question that I am asked is, "I'm not a doctor or nurse, so I how could I help?" I always tell them that you don't necessarily have to have any formal medical training. Our doctors, dentists and nurses need a lot of help. We need people who are willing to help with crowd control/patient flow so that people aren't running all over lost. The children's ministry and children's activities are very rewarding. If you like children, that's the only qualification that you need. We have some construction teams where anyone who can push a wheelbarrow or carry a board can be of help. The pharmacy is always looking for help labeling and dispensing medications. If you are bilingual, you can be invaluable as a translator. Sometimes we have need of people with computer and technical skills. Whatever your background or experience, you can be useful. Maybe you can't go due to physical or financial or for some other reason. That does not mean that you can't play a major part with our team. We need those who will commit to pray for our safety and effectiveness both before and during our trip. Others who have been blessed financially can help those who want to go but can't for financial reasons. Still others have helped sort, package and label medicine.
